Every package below is built around this rule. You pick the level that fits.
Pick your level of protection. Every package gets your photos consolidated and backed up. The question is how far you want to go.
A source is any single device or account where your photos currently live. One phone, one laptop, one external drive, one cloud account (iCloud, Google Photos, Dropbox), or one USB stick. Each counts as one source, regardless of how much is on it.
If you're not sure how many sources you have, we'll figure it out together on the discovery call. Most people have 3–5 and don't realize it.
Volume limits: Ready handles up to 150GB total. Set handles up to 1TB. If your collection is larger, we'll quote a custom addition during your discovery call.
We provide reliable portable hard drives sized to your collection. They're yours to keep.
Drives are itemized separately at current retail cost — no markup. We'll confirm the exact cost before your project starts, so there are no surprises. Most clients' drives run $50–$80.
Already have a drive you'd prefer to use? That works too. We'll send you the specs to make sure it's the right fit.
Not sure which package is right? Start with Ready. Your photos get backed up properly, and if you decide later that you want the full organizing treatment, everything's already consolidated — which means the Go work goes faster (and costs less) than starting from scratch.
